***Please remember the following changes for competition 2001. ***

1.  Single Skit will be 3 minutes. 

2. Make-up and Wardrobe competition will be awarded trophies not medals. 4 or fewer contestants will be critiqued only- no trophy 5-9 contestants- first place only 10-14 contestants- first, second, and third places will be awarded 15 + contestants- first, second, and third places + top ten 

3.  New category- Novice-  This is an interactive verbal and written critique category which a person can enter only one time.  No awards will be given. All other rules pertaining to make-up competition will remain the same. 

4.  In any competition, if you have a conflict with the placement number you are given, please see Phyllis Sheffield.  If the conflict is accepted by the competition director, a change will be made. 

5.  Skit competition will have 2 sets of judges.  One will score single and one will score group.  Single and groups skits will alternate to make the competition less time consuming.  Paradeability will remain the same as last year, running single paradeability first and group paradeability second. 

6.  Best All Around Clown is sponsored by Cheerful Clown Alley and if accepted by TCA will be a TCA sponsored event in 2002.
